Whilst other car manufacturers have seen sales slump, Kia is a brand that is firmly driving fast forward. And RLA is proud to have been part of building one of the world’s fastest growing car suppliers. In fact, Kia is part of the 5th biggest car manufacturer in the world and since 1991, they have sold over 500,000 cars in the UK.

RLA have been working with Kia in both the UK and ROI since 2006, and we have formed a longstanding, trusted partnership that has seen the account grow from strength to strength.

We began the journey supporting Dealer Marketing services and the work, and indeed the relationship, has grown organically over the years. Our scope now encompasses a broad remit including Dealer Marketing, Customer Relationship Marketing, Used Cars, Fleet, Aftersales and Events.

We believe that Kia are not just a client; we view ourselves as partners – a partnership that is built on trust, understanding and a positive ‘can do’ attitude. We wholeheartedly believe that we can, and do, provide a measurable contribution to the success of Kia’s business – every day.

Our personal relations with Kia on a day–to-day basis is without doubt our greatest strength. The dedicated RLA Kia Team are in regular contact with the client across all the various divisions, and they consider us as an extension of their Kia Marketing Team. This constant communication means we have a full and comprehensive understanding of the Kia brand and its specific products, allowing us to anticipate and evaluate requirements in an informed and proactive way. We have a passion and drive to know Kia’s business inside out and back to front so that we are an indispensable part of the business.
